At the present time there is no on-line procedure for obtaining a permit. Downloaded the permit application, complete it and return for approval and pricing. Please keep in mind that submission of an application does not clear you to commence work until it is approved.

The need for building plans varies with the size, scope, and complexity of the project. Smaller jobs may only require a verbal description of the proposed work. Large jobs, such as commercial often require signed, stamped plans from a design professional. A pre-development meeting may also be required.

How Long Do Building Permits Last Before They Expire?

Building permits expire if work is not stated within six(6) months from the permit issue date.
