Utility Service

Come into Train Depot at 102 South Main with two forms of ID to begin new residential service. Accepted forms of ID are: Photo ID and Social Security Card.

Renters should also present a lease agreement document. Home Owners should produce a closing document.

Before any service is available, new customers are required to pay a Utility Administrative Servie Fee and refundable deposits. The deposit remains on the account as long as it is active and transfers if you have another account with us.

You must be present to have your utility service connected. Connecting your utility service is usually between 8a.m. and 3:45p.m.
