Attention all customers, please disregard memo regarding reconnect fee changes, that was billed out. The information is incorrect. No customer will be charged a $60 fee, if the utilities has not been disconnected. The Fee will only be implemented if services are disconnected. All Citizens will receive 1 free Reconnect fee waived per year. All citizens will have a grace period from 8am-10 am on cut off day to give all customers time to pay their bill.
