A comfort station for Sylvester residents only will be open at 2 PM on Thursday, September 26, and close on Friday, September 27, at 10 AM. Attention all customers, please disregard memo regarding reconnect fee changes, that was billed out. The information is incorrect. No customer will be charged a $60 fee, if the utilities has not been disconnected. The Fee will only be implemented if services are disconnected.
